Looking to give online?

Please pardon the dust as we revamp our online giving system. As many of you know, the old system could be a little frustrating at times. We are really excited about the new system and feel it will better serve our church community. What does this mean for you? Unfortunately, we need to shut down online giving for a period of time to get our data transferred and the new system installed. You can still give, you just have to do it the old fashioned way on the weekend or send it through the mail. We tried to anticipate as many questions as possible below but if we missed one feel free to email giving@wcrossing.org.

What happens if I have recurring giving set up? Your recurring gifts will automatically be disabled effective Wednesday, August 11th. You don't have to do a thing. Once the new system is up and running you will need to set up recurring giving again.

How long will the system be down? If everything goes off without a hitch we should be back up by the 23rd of August. Ok, now how many times does anything go off without a hitch? Let's just say we want to be back up as soon as humanly possible.

Can I mail my check to the church? Sure you can. Just send it to 114 N. Eatherton Rd., Chesterfield, MO 63005, Attn: Lauri Vogt

Can I still access my giving record online? Not while we're down but if you need a copy of your giving history just give us a shout and we will be happy to email it to you or pop it in the mail.

Will I have to create a new login? Yes you will. We could have been really mean and had the system assign you one but then you would have been issued a 10 digit password with every crazy character known to man. We thought this way would make you happier.
