I gotta know: What if my child needs me or you need to contact me during the service?

Great question! Remember that parent claim tag that you were given at check-in? There's a 3-digit number on it. This is the same number that's on your child's tag. If you are needed by your child at any time during the service you will see that 3-digit number appear on the bottom left of the large screens in the auditorium. When you see your number, that's your cue to discreetly slip out of your seat and go back to your child's room. But be sure to bring your claim tag with you to enter the room. With over 600 children, we are very conscious of safety and security -something every parent can appreciate!

I gotta know: When does Kidz open for check-in?


Our Kidz Ministry is open to greet and check in children 20 minutes before service time. Prior to that, our leaders meet to pray as a team so they can be fully prepared to welcome your kids.

I gotta know: What happens if our family is running late?

Occasionally families have a hard time getting out the door and sometimes traffic can be heavy. For that reason we check in children up to 15 minutes past service time. After that, we close rooms, particularly those rooms that have a pre-determined teaching schedule. Teaching is now well underway and we need to minimize interruptions. Also, the rooms must close in order to print accurate attendance reports which are vital to maintaining safety and security policies. If you arrive later than 15 minutes past service time, you can stop by the Kidz Desk to pick up an activity packet for your child to use while you sit in the service together with your child.

I'm new and I have kids with me...what do I need to do?

A couple of things! One, your kids will love our Kidz Ministry. And Two- you as a parent will appreciate our safety and security policies. It takes just a little extra time, but we need to enter your family into our computer system and print out 2 name tags. One for your child and one for you that matches your child's tag. They will both have the same number on it so that if your child needs you for any reason, that number will go on our screen in the auditorium, alerting you to go back to your child's room. Otherwise, when it's time to pick your child up - you must show this tag to the door greeter in order to enter the room to pick up your child.
