Join the Monday Makeover team that helps re-organize, clean, re-stock, and Germ-X the early childhood rooms after the weekend services. Serve one or more times a month with parents and young children. It is a playgroup with a purpose.

Help serve the poor in a variety of ways…gardening, cleaning, painting or just visiting! Our day typically begins at 9:15. Lunch is provided (we ask for a $3 contribution) and we’ll have you back in time to meet the school bus. Dress to get dirty, bring your sense of humor, and get ready to hang out with the most fun group of people you can imagine.

On the second Saturday of every month we head to University City to help people who really need the love of Jesus poured out on them. We serve widows, orphans, single moms and refugees in all sorts of ways. Breakfast and lunch provided. Kids welcome (5 yrs+ please).

First ever PRAY IT calendar available in the bookstore. Spend a moment each day praying for the ministries at The Crossing.

Different opportunities are available through our prayer ministries: Prayer Chain—a group that prays for prayer requests through email notification; Prayer Walks—at various times of the year, the prayer team will gather to walk through the building or other location and pray for certain ministries or holiday services; Prayer Partners—different classes and ministries love to have the benefit of a prayer partner for their ministry area. So you think you might want to spend some time with Middle or High School students? Well, we have all kinds of opportunities for you to plug in...from small group leaders and table leaders to concessions and room design. All you need to do right now is email youth@wcrossing.org, and let us know you are interested. From there a team of our specially trained ninjas will help you on your way...OK you'll probably just meet with Rob, but he's got a lot of ninja qualities about him.
