Our Chesterfield campus is located at 114 North Eatherton Road in Chesterfield, MO, a suburb west of St. Louis. To get here from St. Louis, take Hwy 40/64 West into the Chesterfield valley and take the Long Road exit. Take a right at the stop light onto Chesterfield Airport Road, where you'll be traveling west again. Continue west until you pass the entrance to Spirit Airport on your left and to the next stop light. Turn left here onto Olive Street and continue past Rombach's Pumpkin Farm as this road turns into Eatherton Road. Windsor Crossing's driveway, which is shared by The Landings golf course, is on the left before the railroad tracks and bluffs.

What is your Children's Ministry like?
All of our Children's programs are lead and staffed by people who are ready to love on every kid that walks through the doors. They have developed a program especially to teach your child that God loves them and what it means to be a Christ follower in an age-appropriate way. It's not unusual to see youth serving in our children's ministry.
Do you have any services specifically for middle or high school students?
The answer is YES! These gatherings give middle and high school students a chance to hear how God can be relevant in their life. The evening includes worship, teaching time, small group time, pizza, candy, soda, and hanging out with friends. High School small groups meet on weeknights and are led by staff and volunteer leaders. Our Middle School gathering is on Wednesdays @ 6:30-8:30pm and our High School gathering is on Sunday @ 6:30-8:30pm in The Loft at Windsor Crossing.
What do I wear to a weekend service?
Come as you are. We care about you -- not what you wear, but most people dress casual.
How much does it cost to go to Windsor Crossing?
Nothing. We do have an offering every week, but it's not for people who are checking out the church. We're supported financially by the people who have chosen to make Windsor Crossing their home church and feel called to contribute to the ministries of this church.
What denomination are you?
Windsor Crossing is not part of any denomination. And we're not the only Christians, we're just a body of people committed to being a Biblically functioning church. We are in relationship with a variety of churches and ministries, both nationally and internationally. For instance, we are a founding member of Advent Conspiracy and a long time member of the Willow Creek Association (the 11th member, to be exact). If you want to know what we believe, check out our statement of faith on this Web site. All decisions about Windsor Crossing are made here by our leaders, and all of our finances go towards Windsor Crossing ministries and our mission efforts. All financial matters are overseen by our Board of Directors, and financial information is available upon request.
Is Windsor Crossing a "Charismatic" church?
The answer is yes and no. Yes, if you mean do we believe all the spiritual gifts in the Bible still exist today. No, if you mean do we place a major emphasis on the gift of tongues, healings and miracles in our services.
Does Windsor Crossing have small groups?
Yes, we have many groups of people (typically 8-12 people) who meet together regularly for fellowship and discipleship. Some of these groups are called LABs (Learning and Belonging groups) that unpack the previous weekend's topic with very creative curriculum developed by our very own pastors. All LABs are not the same, as some target specific groups such as couples, single moms, men-only, or women-only. We have other independent study groups that meet for Bible studies and other book studies. No matter what, all of our groups exist to help people connect to God and connect to others.
What other groups are available at Windsor Crossing?
We have several MSG's (medium-sized groups or classes) offered each semester that focus on specific topics. Our popular MSG-style format was created when we took elements of a small group and combined those with a class that could allow more people to participate. What resulted is a class where you meet many people, but connect with others on a more intimate level at the same time.
Typically, the MSG's are offered in the fall and winter/spring semesters. Various classes and seminars are offered throughout the year, including Explorations, Body Life, The Marriage Class, and Sacred Romance. Watch for these in your weekend programs or check the website for details and launch dates.
Why make such a big deal out of doing life with others in LABs, groups, classes, or serving on a team?
Because we believe that's where your life is going to change the most. That's where you are going to grow. When you can get together regularly with the same group of people where you are known, loved, celebrated, and served, that's when you are really experiencing church the way God intended it. You will miss out on the most exciting part of Windsor Crossing if you stay on the sidelines, only exploring God's Word. We were meant for experiencing and expressing as well.
What is Windsor Crossing's membership process?
To become a "member" of Windsor Crossing, there isn't a process. To be a part of our community, all you need to do is come. If you'd like to get involved, then we encourage you to attend a Newcomer's Dinner where you'll meet staff and hear answers to many of your questions. Then, attending our Body Life Class and serving on a team is the best way to be a "member" at Windsor Crossing. You'll hear and see what's important to us as a community and understand the vision behind our core values.
What are your bookstore hours?
Our bookstore is open on Monday through Thursday from 9:30am-3:30pm. It's also open before, during, and after each of our weekend services on Saturday and Sunday. Besides Bibles, music, and books, you may purchase the weekend message on CD in the bookstore just after each service, as well as past weekend messages.
Where is the cross in your building?
Our facility is designed to bring a sense of the past with the future. We feel God is calling us to be a place that is culturally relevant and a safe place where everyone, no matter where they are spiritually, can explore His Word.
We value the cross and what it stands for, and you will see various representations of it throughout our building. You will see crosses incorporated into our service from time to time, but we do not want it to be a permanent object that becomes stale and one that people just blow by and miss its significance.
The message of the cross and its centrality to our faith is undeniable. We teach it. We believe it. We celebrate it. But we worship the Savior who died upon it - not the cross itself. Thus, we are constantly considering ways to celebrate this powerful symbol that points us back to Jesus without it becoming a piece of sacred furniture.
What is Windsor Crossing's stance on "controversial" subjects?
When it comes to doctrine, culture, preferences, traditions, lifestyles, politics, behavior, etc., Windsor Crossing Community Church looks to scripture for the answers. When scripture is clear, then we land where it guides us in any of these areas. However, when scripture is not clear or is silent pertaining to a specific subject, then we allow room for differences when it comes to secondary matters. We encourage unity among the diversity of expressions found at Windsor Crossing, whether it be Democrats and Republicans, soccer moms and indie rockers, or carnivores and vegans.
The bottom line is we're remaining true to our original vision which means we must always have love and concern for our friends so that we don't enjoy our freedom at the expense of their faith. We seek to simultaneously heed the Bible's commands to have sound doctrine (1Timothy 4:16; Titus 1:9, 2:1), to love our Christian brothers and sisters (1 Peter 4:8; 1 John 4:7-21), and to avoid unnecessary divisions (Romans 16:17; 1 Corinthians 1:10, 12:25; Titus 3:10).
Are Windsor Crossing pastors ordained?
Ordained means to bless, establish, decree, approve, invest, appoint or confirm someone by the governing body or church leaders. Since we are a non-denominational church and do not have a "national" board, this is done by our church leaders, which is our Board of Directors and elders.
Interestingly, the concept of ordination does not trace all the way back to scripture. We do see in the New Testament where the elders of a church lay hands on a new leader and commission him into church leadership (1 Timothy 4:14, 5:22). Many of our leaders, including Greg, have participated in such a time of blessing and commissioning prior to serving at Windsor Crossing. At The Crossing, we do establish and commission our leaders with great care and much prayer. However, we do not call this an "ordination".
Do you offer counseling at Windsor Crossing?
We currently do not offer counseling here, but we will be happy to refer you to a licensed counselor. Call our office at 636-532-1212 for a referral.
How can I submit a prayer request?
The best way to submit a prayer request is to enter it online here or email it to prayerrequest@wcrossing.org and the prayer team will anonymously distribute it to the prayer team and pray for your request. You may also fill out the Connection Card attached to your weekend program and drop it in the offering bag or leave it at a Connection Pointe in the lobby.
